Exercise Update

03/27/2012:


  • Dynamic stretching as a warm up
  • Weight training for arms with 3-lb handweights
  • 50+ crunches
  • About 15 minutes on treadmill
  • (Approximately 0.55 miles)
  • (Burned about 60 calories)


03/28/2012:


  • Dynamic stretching as a warm up
  • 50+ crunches
  • 20 minutes of cardio
  • About 18 minutes on treadmill
  • (Approximately 0.60 miles)
  • (Burned approximately 75 calories)
